Call for Papers
Sheffield is pleased to host the 10th Forum for Germanic Language Studies Conference. The conference programme includes papers encompassing the full range of subfields in Germanic linguistics, including phonetics, phonology, morphology, syntax, semantics, sociolinguistics, anthropological linguistics, language acquisition, psycholinguistics, and language contact and change.
In addition to papers focused on German, the programme also features papers on a range of other Germanic languages, including Dutch, Luxembourgish, Scandinavian languages and varieties of German.
The deadline for abstracts has now passed. Notification of acceptance will be by 1 November 2011.
