As we use the GP Collaborative, it will not be a Doctor from the University Health Service who deals with your call. From October 2nd 2006, calls will be answered by Local Care Direct then sent to the GP Collaborative where all calls will be triaged by a Doctor. When appropriate, the Out of Hours Collaborative may ask you to attend their surgery premises at the Northern General Hospital or arrange to visit you, as appropriate.
