The Department of History offers the following single honours and dual degrees. *

Single Honours

History (V100)

Single honour degrees, involve the study of one subject, which all 120 credits will be earnt in. In the History Department, we offer History (V100) as a single honour degree

Dual Honours

Archaeology and History (FV41)

History and Hispanic Studies (RV41)

Japanese Studies and History (TV21)

English and History (QV31)

History and Politics (VL12)

History and Philosophy (VV15)

Chinese Studies and History (TV11)

History and Sociology (VL13)

History and Russian (RV71)

Dual honour degrees - for example History and Politics - usually involve a 50/50 split between the two subjects. In this case you will normally spend an equal amount of time on both subjects and study an equal amount of modules. You will therefore receive an equal amount of credits.
