| Research Topic |
My research focuses on itinerant and charismatic preachers in Western Europe (mainly France) during the twelfth century, and their relationship with institutional authority. I look at how their ideal, the vita apostolica (apostolic life) changed and evolved over the course of their interactions with the papacy.
