Gill Tait, Assistant Director of Human Resources heads up the Organisational Development section. The component teams work in partnership with University stakeholders to develop HR strategies and action that will support the achievement of the University's Mission, Vision and Identity and ensure that the University maintains a competitive stance as an international employer.
