USS Changes Approved by JNC

The changes to USS have been agreed by the Joint Negotiating Committee (JNC) at their meeting on 10 May 2011. An implementation timetable is expected once the formal approval of the USS Trustee Board in early June.

UCU have indicated their intention to ballot members for more industrial action in response to the decision to go ahead with the changes.
