Update on proposed changes to USS

The latest information regarding the proposed changes to USS can be found on the pensions web pages at

Following the consultation process in late 2010, the implementation of the proposed changes has been delayed. The USS Joint Negotiating Committee (JNC) has been unable to reach a decision because UCU have failed to participate in the decision-making process. UCU are now trying to re-open negotiations. As yet no revised implementation date has been named.
