For general information, the University bank holiday and closure dates for Christmas 2011 will fall between Saturday 24 December 2011 and Monday 2 January 2012 inclusive.  The details are:

• Monday 26 December 2011 is a substitute public holiday for Sunday 25 December 2011
• Tuesday 27 December 2011 is a substitute public holiday for Monday 26 December 2011
• Wednesday 28 December 2011 – Friday 30 December 2011 are closure days
• Monday 2 January 2012 is a substitute bank holiday for Sunday 1 January 2012
