Contract Processes incorporates:

Contract Changes: the e-Recruitment system has been adapted to also process extensions to fixed term contracts of employment and changes to contracts for existing staff members.

Contract Monitoring: the process to monitor the expiry of fixed-term contracts of employment has been streamlined and moved to an on-line solution within myTeam. Departments now have immediate access to information and the dynamic report provides two-way updates between Departments and Human Resources.

Both processes provide increased transparency and efficiency.
