The Business Solutions Team in collaboration with CiCs have provided an online solution for staff recruitment across the whole University.

The e-Recruitment system has centralised the recruitment function within departments building expertise within key administrators.

The system has been designed to support more flexible working practices with users being able to access the system anywhere they have internet access.

e-Recruitment has been positively received across the University, with departments appreciating the increase in efficiency and transparency of the recruitment process.
