Staff Development Programme: There were 779 participants in 58 sessions delivered as part of the Staff Development Programme. This equates to an increase of 15.6% (468 individual members of staff, as some attended more than one session).

Staff Development

Staff Development tailored provision: Approximately 300 participants in 20 sessions from 13 Departments. Sessions were delivered on a wide range of topics, with key themes being leadership, communication and SRDS.
