The Business Solutions Team within Human Resources focuses on increasing the efficiency and effectiveness of employment-related processes and systems across the University.
The Team's objectives include:
- To realise the maximum benefits possible from the workforce data, information and systems infrastructure in order to provide business focused solutions.
- To ensure the design of employment-related processes facilitates their efficiency and effectiveness.
- To develop and implement new and innovative system and process based self-service functionality across the University.
