The Women Professors Network

The University of Sheffield Women Professors' Network seeks to provide opportunities for women professors to meet one another, to discuss shared interests and, when such discussions identify a perceived need for change, to influence University procedure and practice.
Since 2010 the network has met at lunchtimes two or three times per semester. Most meetings are now themed with themes chosen by network members following discussions at previous meetings. Where appropriate external speakers are invited.
Dates of these luch meetings will be published on these webpages.
The network is run by and for women professors and is currently coordinated by:
Caitlin Buck (c.e.buck@sheffield.ac.uk)
Jenny Saul (j.saul@sheffield.ac.uk)
Aki Tsuchiya (a.tsuchiya@sheffield.ac.uk)
All women professors at the University are invited to be members and their names are added to the network's mailing list which is used for publicising meetings and facilitating online discussion.
