Two Ticks Disability Symbol

The University is committed to attracting, growing and engaging wtih talented people from diverse backgrounds at every level. As part of this commitment the University recognises the importance of inclusivity within the University community, to ensure that all can flourish and reach their full potential.

The University of Sheffield has successfully applied for and achieved the disability Two Ticks symbol.

The disability symbol is a recognition given by Jobcentre Plus to employers based in Great Britain who have agreed to take action to meet five commitments regarding the employment, retention, training and career development of disabled employees.
