The University values the contribution made by its members of staff and is committed to retaining talented individuals. Human Resources will contact you in writing if you are eligible to explore redeployment opportunities.

If you are eligible and wish to be considered for redeployment but have not yet indicated this, please complete the form available on the right of this page, sending this by email to your Head of Department/Line Manager for authorisation.

Once this has been authorised and received by Human Resources, you will receive an email asking you to complete your Candidate Profile within myJob, including the additional sections relating specifically to redeployment. You can update your profile with details such as your education, work experience, by uploading your CV as well as expressing your preferences regarding the type of vacancies for which you would like to be considered. Your submission within your Candidate Profile is your opportunity to demonstrate that you should be matched to vacancies.

Human Resources will base their matching decisions on the information you provide in your profile and the "About the Job" document produced by the recruiting department for each vacancy. The "About the Job" document contains information such as the main duties and responsibilities of the job and the person specification.
