'New Look' Staff Details screen within myTeam
Following the successful upgrade of myJob and myTeam earlier this year Human Resources is delighted to announce that a new look staff details page has now been launched within myTeam.
This screen will now allow you to customise the layout to suit your needs. You are able to sort data, move columns to create the layout you want and hide information that is not relevant.
This updated page contains all of the previous information available to you but it has now been added to and enhanced so that it also provides:
- Appointment funding. This includes the relevant funding code(s), description and percentage split for the staff member’s position. This section also displays the funding history showing any changes that may have taken place to their current position.
- Residency status. Visibility of the staff member’s residency status and if applicable their visa type and end date and certificate of sponsorship end date.
- Personal data. Now expanded to include leaving date, Line Manager(s), uCard number and work telephone number.
- Addresses: Now providing Next of Kin, Emergency Contact and Mailing addresses in addition to the staff member’s permanent residence.
- Clinical details. Now expanded to display the staff member’s clinical status, speciality and honorary contract type in addition to their registration type and number.
