myJob/myTeam – Technical Guidance

Access to myJob and myTeam is via the Staff Applications tab within MUSE. If you cannot log into MUSE, or you cannot see the Staff Applications tab, please contact the CiCS Helpdesk on ext 21111.

If you are accessing myJob or myTeam away from the University, you will need to have a Virtual Private Network (VPN) connection set up. VPN is a secure link provided by CiCS which is required to access the University network remotely. It is quick and easy to set up and you should be connected via VPN before logging in to myJob/myTeam. Guidance on how to set up your VPN connection is provided via the link below.

myJob and myTeam are compatible with both Internet Explorer and Firefox. If you experience any problems, you may need to adjust your browser settings and guidance on how to do this is available by clicking on the images below.
