SRDS review meeting

The SRDS review meeting is an annual opportunity for staff to reflect and consider what they have done over the past year, to receive feedback on their contribution over the past year and in conjunction with their reviewer to set objectives for the coming year, as well as identifying any training and development required to support these objectives.

Reviewees are encouraged to use the SRDS review meeting to discuss their career development, and the training they have received. This particularly applies to Contract Research Staff, and additional guidance for this group and their reviewers is provided on the right.

Your department will inform you of the reviewee/reviewee pairings, and the deadline for when your review meeting should be held by. You should familiarise yourself with your department's objectives, as the objectives set in the meeting should support the achievement of the department's goals.

Guidance for reviewees and reviewers on completing the SRDS form can be downloaded from the link on the right. Also on the right are details of the training opportunities for SRDS reviewers and reviewees, to help ensure the review meeting is effective and productive,
