Trained Recruiters

Within each department, staff should contact their trained Recruiters with all recruitment requirements in the first instance.

The answers to a wide range of Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) are available via the FAQs link. The FAQs provide information on the e-Recruitment functionality in each phase of the recruitment process, as well as the training, support and communications available to users.

Helpdesk Support

For e-Recruitment users e.g. Recruiters, Approvers, Panel Members and staff from Human Resources and the Department of Finance, the e-Recruitment Helpdesk can be reached on 0114 222 1606 or email us at e-Recruitment@sheffield.ac.uk to assist with any technical issues regarding the system or questions in relation to the e-Recruitment process.

Staff should continue to contact their Faculty HR Advisers and Assistants for all contractual or grade related issues in relation to recruitment and Faculty Finance and Research Finance for any funding queries.
