Help & Support: A wide range of additional help and support is available to e-Recruitment users. In addition to the web pages providing further information on each stage of the e-Recruitment process, the relevant training guide for each phase may be downloaded using the Training Guide Index link on the right.

Recruiting Departments: Within each department, staff should contact their trained Recruiters with all recruitment requirements in the first instance. The list of trained Recruiters is available via the link on the right.

Business Solutions Helpdesk: For e-Recruitment users e.g. Recruiters, Approvers, Panel Members and staff from Human Resources and the Department of Finance, the Business Solutions Helpdesk is available at 0114 222 1606 or e-Recruitment@sheffield.ac.uk to assist with any technical issues regarding the system or questions in relation to the e-Recruitment process.

Staff should continue to contact their Faculty HR Advisers and Assistants for all contractual or grade related issues in relation to recruitment and Faculty Finance and Research Finance for any funding queries.
