Welcome to the Heads of Academic Departments Programme for 2010.
These web pages are designed to provide guidance and advice to all Heads of Departments.
The Heads programme is designed to support you in your role as leader and manager of your department.
Headstart - is for Heads of Department either new to the post or about to take up the role.
Headway - each semester has a different 'theme' on the Headway programme, with a variety of information, learning and development opportunities linked to the theme.
Leadership Development - a new leadership development programme is currently being developed which will help enable and equip senior leaders with the confidence and capabilities required to deliver the University's aspirations.
