The Sheffield Leader is an exciting initiative which forms part of the University’s leadership development strategy. Sheffield Leader aims to equip leaders at every level across the institution with the knowledge, skills and behaviours required by the University to meet key organisational objectives and challenges to enhance its overall effectiveness.
The Sheffield Leader philosophy, consistent with the Sheffield Leader statement, is delivered at 4 different levels, which vary according to leadership experience, scope and responsibilities.
Each level also introduces participants to a number of interrelated core themes.
An overview of the different levels of Sheffield Leader will help you decide which would be right for you. Applications have been invited via your Faculty / Professional Services HR Manager for 2013 cohorts.
