  1. Remind me, what is Juice?

Juice is the University’s health and wellbeing initiative for staff. It provides a wide range of enjoyable and energising activities, plus lots of resources and advice to help you look after your health. The whole programme is accessed through the Juice platform, where you can explore and book activities, find out about events and discover useful information.

Juice was created by a team here at the University and has won a number of national awards for excellence in health and wellbeing.

All the Juice services, activities and information are free to use. If you haven’t tried Juice before, or it’s been a while since you visited, now would be a great time to take a look.

  2. What’s new?

Booking activities and finding information is now even easier, with a fresh new look and improved features. You can see at a glance who is leading an activity session, how to find the venue and what facilities are available. You can rate activities and keep track of your Body Health Check details in your personal profile. And you can explore all kinds of useful information and articles in the Health Hub.

  3. Why has Juice changed?

Thanks to your participation, Juice has been a huge success at the University. The new design and features all aim to build on that success and make the offer even better.

  4. Where do I find Juice now?

To book yourself onto all New Year activities please access the new Juice platform from the “myservices” section of MUSE. You will need to be signed into your MUSE account in order to book activities, update your profile, or read articles in the Health Hub.

  5. I’m new to Juice – how do I get started?

Getting started with Juice couldn’t be simpler. Log in to MUSE and then follow the link to Juice. This will automatically create a profile for you on the Juice platform. Now you are ready to discover and book activities and explore the wealth of information on offer.

  6. Are my details secure?

Absolutely. You can find out more about how Juice handles your information by reading the Juice Privacy Policy on the platform.

  7. How do I get help with using Juice?

We hope that you will find the Juice platform very easy to use. But if you do have any problems, please email the University’s Juice team: juice@sheffield.ac.uk
