  • To set policy for the HRI and ensure that it is carried out.
  • To receive reports on HRI finance, and to monitor and plan income and expenditure.
  • To monitor and advise on the calendar of activities within the HRI.
  • To identify and act on development opportunities, particularly in terms of funding and KE.
  • To consider and advise on estates issues.
