Conference and Seminar Facilities

Located next to the University tram stop, the imaginatively designed Conference and Seminar Rooms in the Humanities Research Institute offer a unique blend of old and new. Underneath one of Sheffield's first green roofs a flexible space ideal for conferences, seminars, training events and small-scale exhibitions offers self-contained, fully equipped and easily accessible spaces with wi-fi which can accommodate upto 115 people.

Smaller independent spaces can be created in a variety of formats to suit the needs of your event.
Delegates can make use of the circular break-out space underneath an impressive glass lantern and access one of Sheffield's first green roof schemes.

Each room is equipped with a data projector, laptop, screen, and lectern. Black A0 size poster boards are available for exhibitions and an access grid can facilitate distance and international events.
