Registration by post
Registration forms are available to download (see links, right). Card payment is possible by returning a completed card payment form (see link) with your registration form. The PDF forms can be filled-in before printing (use the "highlight fields" feature in Adobe Reader), but note that you cannot save information entered into a PDF form.
Electronic registration
You can return your registration and card payment forms by email to igs2009@sheffield.ac.uk (please mark your email REGISTRATION in the subject line). Please use the RTF format registration and card payment forms and attach these to your email, as you cannot save information entered into a PDF form.
If you send us your card payment form electronically, please give a reliable contact telephone number for the cardholder, as we will have to telephone the cardholder to verify the payment.
