Visitors to the Information Commons
The Information Commons is an integrated learning environment jointly conceived and operated by the University Library and the Department of Corporate Information and Computing Service (CiCS).
About the ICA valid UCard is required at all times to pass through the entrance turnstiles. This helps us know exactly who is in the building at any given time and is particularly important for the security of students working through the night. |
Visiting the ICStaff and Associate UCard holders are permitted to sign in one guest per staff member without giving advance notice. We welcome anyone who would like to come and look round, either as an individual, or a group from another University. To request permission to bring a group into the IC please email infocommons@sheffield.ac.uk |
