Small Adverts

University staff can advertise in Overview on a first come, first served basis, free of charge for two months.

Three adverts a month are the maximum per person allowed and no repeat adverts of the same item will be accepted.

The items should belong personally to the seller as staff cannot place adverts free of charge on behalf of third parties or commercial enterprises.

Adverts from outside the University will be charged at a rate of £50 for up to 50 words. This charge covers an eight-week period. Please make cheques payable to 'The University of Sheffield' and send to:

Please note that adverts are directed towards University staff, but it is possible that non-staff members may see them on the site.

If you have advertised and are contacted by someone from outside the University, then please proceed with caution.

All adverts should be sent as a Word file, without logos or illustrations, to:

The University cannot accept responsibility for the quality of goods sold or services advertised.
