Before you complete the online application form please ensure that you meet the criteria for the Alumni Reward by viewing the Terms & Conditions:
If you have a brother, sister, mother, father, husband or wife who is currently studying at the University of Sheffield, you should apply for the Sibling & Spouse Reward by clicking the following link:
After you have completed the form, please look back over it to check that you have answered all of the questions before clicking `Send´. When you have submitted the form you will be sent an automatic email confirming that your application has been received. We will then contact you again within two weeks to let you know the outcome of your application.
