If you are a prospective Masters student from one of the following countries, you may be eligible to apply for this scholarship:

• Congo Brazzaville
• Cote D’Ivoire
• Ethiopia
• Gabon
• Ghana
• Kenya
• Mauritania
• Suriname
• Uganda
• Uruguay
