If you require any forms to be authorised by the University, you can either hand them in to our office, or you can email a copy. We are located at Financial Support Team, Ground Floor, Edgar Allen House, 241 Glossop Rd, Sheffield, S10 2GW (please note; during the summer of 2013, we may be moving offices so please check this web-page for up-to-date information before coming to the office). We have also completed forms from British Columbia, Nova Scotia, Vermont Student Assistance Corporation, Government of Alberta & Childrens' Education Funds Inc.

If you are a visiting student on a Study Abroad year, please take your forms to SSiD (Student Services information Desk) in the Students’ Union.

If you the form you need completing is not listed here, please contact our office for further advice.

It can take between 3-5 working days for a form to be completed.
