Intro Week 2009:
21 - 27 September

The week immediately before the start of the academic year is known as "Intro Week". During Intro Week you will:

• register as a student of the University.
• have meetings with your academic departments to discuss aims and content of their programmes.
• meet other students
• meet members of staff
• be introduced to important services
• have an opportunity to find your way round
  
• register with police (if applicable)
  

The programme of events has been specially designed for you & is a mix of opportunities to get to know the campus, the city & lots of new friends!

Intro Week is not a typical University of Sheffield week. The emphasis is on registering, sorting out courses, settling into your room.
