Financial information for postgraduate taught courses
Part-time registration is for 3 years in total. Tuition fees for PGDip/PGCert programmes (where available) are charged pro-rata two thirds/one third respectively of the above full-time or overseas fees.
- Distance Learning MSc/PGDip/PGCert in Health Informatics (International): £2,500 per year (students starting in 2012-13).
AHRC Scholarships
There are several AHRC funded scholarships available to Information School Masters' students in 2012-13. These are awarded on a competitive basis subject to AHRC approval.
You must first apply for a place on one of our postgraduate courses. Once you have been accepted, you need to complete an online application form. The form is available from the University's AHRC Scholarships pages, aalong with full information regarding the funding process:

Other Funding Possibilities
Career Development Loans (CDLs) for vocational training for up to two years may be a funding possibility. CDLs are operated on behalf of the Department for Education and Employment (DfEE) by four major banks: Barclays, Clydesdale The Co-Operative Bank and The Royal Bank of Scotland and provide a deferred repayment bank loan.
