Main Duties
Manager for teaching-related support staff. Responsible for coordinating all teaching-related administration and staff/student liaison, including communication with students via handbooks, the Departmental website and web resources, the Student Representatives system and module feedback procedures. Administrates marketing of taught courses and production of promotional literature. Develops and maintains all content on the Departmental website, and implements new online processes. Provides a direct line of communication between students and the University's central departments.
Research Interests
Collaborative networked learning, the use of online communication systems for teaching, learning and research, electronic information management usability.
