Open days 2013
Come and visit us
If you've been offered a place on our BA in Journalism Studies, you're invited to come along and meet us at one of our department open days.
Department open days are different from the University open day you may already have attended. You'll meet your tutors and other Sheffield journalism students, look around your facilities and ask questions specifically about your course. It's the best way to get a real taste of life here in the Department of Journalism Studies, and help you decide which university suits you best.
Our 2013 department open days are on Wednesday 20 February, Saturday 23 February, Wednesday 27 February, Wednesday 6 March and Wednesday 13 March.
Places are being taken fast, so book yours now, or check out the schedules below for more information. Please note that the Saturday open day is now fully booked and no further places are available.
Please do not bring more than one guest, as space is limited and places are in high demand! Many thanks for your help.
The schedulesPlease note that all the timings and events given below are subject to change. Open days can be very hectic and a degree of flexibility is sometimes necessary. Thankyou for your understanding! It's a good idea to follow us on Twitter for announcements and updates in real time. To help find your way around, we recommend downloading the University's campus map (PDF, 987KB). The numbers below refer to locations on this map. And don't worry – if you need help, there'll be staff and other students around to guide you. |
