Current Research Students

A significant aspect of the department's research ethos is its research student programme. Students are offered the opportunity to study to MPhil or PhD level on full-time or part-time bases.

• Children's journalism in Libya
• The media and the transition to democracy in Bulgaria
• Convergence of media in a Korean television service
• Political coverage in Saudi media
• Health media campaigns
• Internet journalism and blogging
• Media coverage of corrution

Research student are also encouraged to become involved in the wider research activities of the department.
