Research Activities

Our legal, socio-legal and criminological research enjoys national and international renown. Through academic publishing, informing policy processes, advisory work, knowledge exchange, activities for government departments, public agencies and regional, national and international bodies, our research has local, regional, national and global impact.

Details of our academic activities can be found in the Quarterly Research Newsletter on the Newsblog or by following us on twitter @lawsheffieldres

Research Clusters

The School's research is organised around clusters and groups which stimulate research by providing a forum within which ideas can be disseminated and discussed and new projects developed. The clusters play a central role in the School's research culture and strategy. Each cluster organises its own programme of seminars and events.
