SIBLE are actively engaged in knowledge exchange activities. Members of SIBLE are working on a number of external projects where they are sharing their knowledge and experise. The knowledge that they share often has an impact on decision making and policy development.

Patient Information Advisory Group (PIAG)

Mark Taylor is a member of the Patient Information Advisory Group (PIAG) established by the Department of Health to provide advice on issues of national signifi cance involving the use of patient information.
 

UNESCO’s International Bioethics Committee
 

Chamu Kuppuswamy is the International Law expert for the Working Group of UNESCO’s International Bioethics Committee (IBC) which took the issue of cloning on its agenda in January 2008.
