Scope of Work

The Institute is interested in all aspects of research into commercial and corporate law, including doctrinal, applied, socio-legal and empirical.

Events

The Sheffield Institute of Corporate and Commercial Law  hosts a seminar series every year as well as workshops and conferences on research areas that are relevant to current commercial law issues for both researcher and practioners.
