Qualifications

Teaching and Learning

I have brought to the University experience of developing postgraduate programmes to validation and producing new modules for undergraduate and postgraduate programmes. My current teaching to third year undergraduates places an emphasis on the development of problem-solving skills. Students on the postgraduate moduIe are encouraged to evaluate a wide range of resources and I include group discussions to promote the development of both critical skills and communication skills. Some of the modules I teach incorporate aspects of my research interests and I encourage students to reflect on the impact of contemporary developments in the law.

The modules I teach are:

Undergraduate Postgraduate and MA
Law of Contract Commercial Transactions (Convenor)
Commercial Law I: Sale of Goods (Convenor)
Property Law II
