Main Role/Responsibilities
- Managing the recruitment of external examiners, allocation of fees, examiner reports and any issues that arise from externals or regarding externals.
- Co-ordinating and updating Annual Review of Regulations for both UG and PG.
- Co-ordinating and updating Annual Review of Programme Specifications for both UG and PG.
- Maintenance and updating of the on-line Staff Handbook information.
- Maintenance and updating of the School ‘Who does what list’.
- Assisting with/advising of the completion of detailed information for programme reviews, proposal of new programmes/modules, changes to existing programmes/modules, including establishing new E1 forms and updating current E1 forms.
- Administrator for the Courses Approval and Module Scrutiny Committee.
- Administrator for the Teaching Quality Standards Committee.
- Administrator for the Teaching Committee
- Managing current and new data for the Unit Maintenance System. Roll forward of all modules.
- Organise School committee dates and membership lists.
- Co-ordinate the printing of business cards, letterhead and compliment slips.
- School liaison for the Freedom of Information Act and the Data Protection Act.
- Administrator for Freelaw enquiries/correspondence.
- Working with and providing the Director of Learning and Teaching with support for Quality Assurance related teaching practices.
