How to renew items
All loans can be renewed as many times as you like provided no-one else needs them:

| The Renewals Hotline and Star are available 24 hours per day, 7 days per week. To use these services you will need your Library number and your PIN. If you don't know your PIN, ask at any Library service point, or obtain it via email by clicking on the link Get your PIN. In addition, the Hotline offers customers the facility to check the status of reservations on their account. Simply follow the instructions on the telephone. |
| Please remember that items should be renewed in plenty of time to allow you to return them to the Library before their due date if they cannot be renewed. |
