Yvonne is responsible for the human, financial and physical resources necessary to deliver a world class management school. She contributes to the development and delivery of the School’s strategic plans, including risk and governance. She is a professional project manager and manages a portfolio of continuous improvement projects which drives through the necessary changes.
Yvonne leads the Professional Services Team of Sheffield University Management School and is a Deputy Faculty Director of Operations for the Faculty of Social Sciences, with a remit focused on continuous improvement within Learning & Teaching.
Yvonne is currently undertaking a Doctorate in the area of socio-political dynamics and complexity of organisational change projects.
