Study dates, registration and booking fees

This summer school will take place between 5 and 16 August 2013.

You can register your place on this programme via the Online Booking store here which will be emailed to you.

What will the Summer School involve?

  • This is a ten day study programme over a two week period.
  • You will have classroom sessions on Service Design and Innovation, including the introduction to the basics of service science, service innovation and service design, using different design/strategy tools, and service blueprinting - a powerful tool to visualize service processes of companies.   • Social events include a welcome dinner, a pub quiz and a farewell BBQ.
  • There are ten places available for this programme.
  • £400 participation fee which includes programme costs, self-catering accommodation, flights and travel insurance.

*Please note that only our EU students can attend one of the 3 week courses. Due to Visa restrictions students from outside the EU can only attend one of the 2 week courses.*
