OverviewKnowledge Transfer Partnerships is a UK-wide Technology Strategy Board Programme, enabling innovation in business. The overall aim of the KTP is to help businesses make a step change in an area that they have identified as a high priority. Within the KTP, designed to help you access expertise and bring it into your business, you will work in partnership with our academics to define your project and to recruit someone, A KTP Associate initially for the duration of the KTP project, with the expertise and qualifications to carry it out. The government will fund part of the cost of working with the Department in a partnership that has the potential to significantly increase your profitability.
