The Sheffield MBA

Our one year full time MBA is designed to prepare you for leadership roles in organisations. The Sheffield MBA prioritises hands-on experience; we want to ensure that all our graduates have genuine experience of applying business theory within a dynamic workplace. Our experienced Business Development team provide introductions to a range of UK-based clients. As the programme progresses they will support you in developing exceptional client relationships and in helping you to apply your MBA in tackling real workplace issues. As you work through each module of the Sheffield MBA programme, you will apply learning from each module to your client – developing your understanding and gaining consultancy experience.

You’ll also join our worldwide network of MBA Alumni giving you access to social and business networking opportunities and careers support. You’ll study at the newly refurbished Management School building (opens Easter 2013) which is located in attractive gardens 10 minutes from the Students Union at the heart of the Campus. The programme is supported by a carefully designed CPD programme which is there to help you realise your career ambitions. The programme combines life coaching with careers guidance and soft skills such as interview technique, presentation skills and CV workshops. Careers support is delivered by a dedicated team from a new employability centre within the School but also draws on the skills of external life coaches where beneficial. During your studies you will also have access to a social programme that will help you get to know your fellow delegates, unwind and have some fun!
