Teaching facilities
All our MBA students will be taught in an executive suite in the newly refurbished Management School (opens April 2013). The suite comprises a Harvard style executive lecture theatre seating around 70 people, fitted with the most contemporary communications technology including microphones and ICT sockets at each desk. Dedicated space is provided in the executive suite for corporate engagement such as series of expert lectures and regular business engagement events.
The Management School building is located in attractive gardens with paving, decking and planted areas which can be used for both recreation and as external break-out space..
Accommodation
The University has a wide range of accommodation to suit every need. Many rooms offer en-suite accommodation, you have access to a shared kitchen and wi-fi. The larger student complexes offer additional facilities such as bars, sports facilities and shops where you can meet friends and socialise.
Private Accommodation
There are also many privately owned houses and flats to rent near the University.
Additional support
As a student at Sheffield, you will have access to all the facilities of the Students´ Union, our excellent sports facilities and libraries. Our Student Services department offer a range of additional services including an excellent Health Centre, financial advice and counselling services. The Management School has a dedicated Careers Service with appointment slots available each week. If you are an international student, our international team will be able to provide you with information and assistance on everything from fees and bursaries to specialist clubs and societies.
