Sustainable food
The cafe in the Krebs room is managed by the University's catering service Eatwithus. They are keen supporters of Fairtrade and a large number of our products are Fairtrade. They also source many of our ingredients from local, ethically produced suppliers. Eating local, seasonal food can reduce the number of 'food miles' used in food production
