Profile
Dr Olga Ganilova graduated from Zaporizhzhya National University (Ukraine) in 2005 where she was awarded a Masters degree with Honours in Applied Mathematics. She was awarded her Ph.D. in ‘Deformable Solid Mechanics’ at Zaporizhzhya National University on completion of the programme in 2008 and as a result of a public defence.
Olga Ganilova held the post of Postdoctoral Research Assistant from 2008 till 2012 at the University of Glasgow, School of Engineering, and she joined the Department of Mechanical Engineering at the University of Sheffield as a Lecturer in Dynamics in 2012.
