Isabel Díez
She was a graduate at the university of Zaragoza and a postgraduate at Sheffield University. She has taught in a variety of higher education institutions in Spain (Teacher Training School in Zaragoza) and Ireland (Dublin and Galway) and she has been teaching Spanish in the University of Sheffield since 1991 (departments of Hispanic Studies, The Institute of Lifelong Learning and the MLTC). She also worked for a number of years with the Open University as an Associate Lecturer. Her main areas of interest are language teaching methodology for adult learners, enquiry based learning and pragmatics. She is co-author of the Spanish course Camino al español (CUP) and has published Spanish educational software.
