Publication of Major volume on eighteenth-century music

Simon Keefe has just published, as editor, The Cambridge History of Eighteenth Century Music (Cambridge University Press, 2009). At 800 pages, it is the longest, most substantive single volume on eighteenth-century music in its entirety, featuring 24 chapters on all aspects of church, operatic and instrumental music, as well as reference materials.
